John Norton

John Norton has extensive experience as a coach, teacher, and fitness enthusiast; he lives with a guiding principle to help others.

After working as a teacher at an at-risk high school and later a GED teacher in a state prison, John became a personal trainer in 1993. Since then, he has explored various avenues of fitness: he owned and operated the first Spinning cycling program in the state of Arizona, has run and managed several gyms, completed two Half Ironman Triathlons (in 105 degree heat!), has over 6,000 hours of Tai Chi teaching experience, and is a fluent student and teacher of mindfulness and breathwork. 

At his core, John believes in creating a safe and comfortable space for his clients, ideal for personal and collective healing, transformations, and awakenings.
