Ageless Athlete is a fun, new, total body fitness class for people aged 60-plus who want to keep, regain, or even improve on much of the strength and balance of their youth…All in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Ages 60-plus is a time of life when we lose a significant amount of muscle mass and bone and we become much more likely to fall and to be injured in a fall.

The Ageless Athlete class is a wonderful opportunity to insure that we stay as young as possible as long as possible. I look at it this way: one way or another, we’ll have to do the work. Either now as prevention or later as rehabilitation, disability, and pain.

We can take action now to preserve and improve our future health.

During the Covid outbreak, we added his Ageless Fitness class via Zoom and we continue
to take the class twice a week. The benefits have been enormous. 
We are both fitter, stronger, and more flexible.

I had a serious fall resulting in surgery two years ago. 
My balance has improved exponentially while taking John’s classes. 
Of everything I tried, John’s class has had the greatest
positive effect on my balance and gait.
